Frutta Martorana is a famous typical dessert of Sicilian pastry making, originally from Palermo.

These are small sculptures of marzipan (or "royal pasta"), based on almond flour and sugar, modeled with great skill to faithfully reproduce the shape and colors of various types of fruit and sometimes vegetables.

It is a true masterpiece of confectionery art, very realistic and colourful.

COLORING COMPOSITION: water, PH E330 corrector, E415 thickener
PRESERVATIVES: E202, colouring matters E102-E124-E110-E122-151-E171-E131-E150C-E133-E153
COATING AGENTS: dewaxed shellac, pure alcohol, vanillin, flavourings.
DECORATIONS: Cocoa (22/24), cinnamon, milk protein, coffee and coconut.
Martorana fruit is handled with corn starch and may contain traces of gluten and other nuts.
