The jam is born from the tradition of our ancestors.
The maceration of the citrus fruit occurs when it is still fresh, with a strictly knife cut and slow cooking until the desired result is reached. The product is potted by hand while still warm and fragrant.
The wisdom of knowing how to do makes our product genuine and with an intense and delicate taste, thanks to the fruit maceration process our jam is not bitter or sour, therefore it is ideal to spread on slices of toasted bread or to accompany with aged cheeses for an alternative aperitif, also excellent for filling your desserts.
